Cheetah Capital Management Group LLC. (CCMG; also known as "Cheetah Capital") is a multi-strategy value-oriented private investment management company investing across all significant asset classes including bank debt, high yield and distressed securities, securitized assets, direct investments, convertible arbitrage, risk arbitrage, equities, start-ups and special situation securities. We cater to high net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors.

Trusted Long-Term Partners in Building Wealth

At CCMG, we manage our capital structure generally as private investment partnerships. Therefore, for every partner (client) who is willing to do business with us, we would generally (but not always) form a personalized limited investment partnership between the client and us as managing partner. In some cases, one limited investment partnerships may consist of more than 5 parties/individuals including CCMG as the managing partner and the others as limited partners. CCMG may also form a corporation (C-Corp's), limited liability companies (LLC's) or limited liability partnerships (LLP's) to manage both our own and partners' capital. Our fees are based on performance not on trading activities. CCMG hedge funds generally (but not limited to) invest in publicly traded securities and other marketable financial instruments globally; the funds may have both long and short positions. In some cases where the risk/reward ratio is excellent (meaning our margin of safety and upside potential is very high), CCMG may be involved in co-founding, creating, financing, and/or investing in new business ventures/start-ups.

Our clients (business partners) come to us to create wealth together generally through words of mouth and recommendations from our existing clients. We realy heavily on our own network of contacts. In short, we are just waiting for the phone (or email) from familiar people to ring us asking to be their long-term partners in creating wealth. CCMG is only interested to partner with select individuals, family offices, and institutional investors who have long term minds because intelligent investing is not a game where superior after-tax total return can be achieved consistently over a short term period (less than 1-2 years). Some investments may prove to be very fruitful after being held for more than 2-3 years. Cheetah Capital runs a concentrated, long-biased hedge funds that emphasize significant margin of safety and upside. We believe that taking significant positions in well-researched investment opportunities provides the best opportunity for outperforming the equity markets over time. Our short program is primarily used as risk management tools to hedge the portfolio using individual securities, options, and ETFs. Our requirement for any investment is a reward/risk ratio of 3:1, whereby the upside potential of an opportunity has to be at least three times what we determine to be the worst case scenario on the downside. Our value-oriented investment philosphy reflects in our fundamental analysis and risk management approach. We only invest in situations we fully understand. We never buy just because something is "cheap" on an absolute or relative basis.

Cheetah Capital funds are open to accredited investors and qualified purchasers who meet the minimum investment requirements. An offshore option is available for non-US citizens or US citizens' retirement accounts.
