Cheetah Capital Management Group ("Cheetah Capital") operates in the areas of investment management, proprietary trading operations, private equity & venture advisory, and risk management advisory.

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

The investment management business primarily makes value-oriented investments through our hedge fund with long-term investment horizons, with a focus on investing in undervalued assets across all significant asset classes including bank debt, high yield and distressed securities, securitized assets, risk arbitrage, equities, and special situations primarily in North America and Emerging Markets.

Cheetah Capital manages long dated value-oriented investment fund focused on investing in undervalued assets with long investment horizons as well as separate managed investment accounts with individuals and organizations. Our primary long-short value-oriented fund invests in undervalued assets in North America and Emerging Markets. The fund employs value-oriented investment strategies that are uniquely customized to capitalize on market volatility, inefficiency and boom-bust cycles. The fund aims to beat all major market indexes in the long-term. Currently the fund's subscription is limited to qualified/accredited investors(*). We primarily manage internal private capital.

The proprietary trading operations primarily focus on buying and selling commodities and currencies utilizing our proprietary trading and risk management strategies:

We trade in liq­uid global com­mod­ity mar­kets uti­liz­ing industry-standard instru­ments. Our trades are exe­cuted on equity, bond, and deriv­a­tive mar­kets includ­ing futures exchanges, in the over-the-counter, phys­i­cal, swaps, and options markets.

M&A, PRIVATE EQUITY & VENTURE ADVISORY

The M&A, private equity and venture advisory business primarily provides companies with innovative financing, investment, and advisory services and make control-oriented or minority investments with long-term investment horizons in new ventures/start-ups and emerging companies with tremendous upside potential.

• On the M&A private equity advisory side, we focus on selected private and public companies in needs of innovative financing, investment, leveraged buyout, and M&A advisory service that fit our strategic vision, core areas of focus and the ones that have high potential risk-adjusted return on investment.
• On the M&A venture advisory side, we focus on co-founding, partnering, and building innovative technology start-ups run by trustworthy entrepreneurs with significant growth, large addressable target market, and substantial cash flows potentials as well as high potential risk-adjusted return on investment. We currently focus on nurturing internal start-up ideas. Recent venture portfolio:

Prosolity (www.prosolity.com), our affiliated company, provides risk management advisory to emerging and large companies primarily in companies that operate in high-risk environment and transactions such as financial sector. We provide advisory /consulting services in the following areas:
