Cheetah Capital Management Group ("CCMG" or "Cheetah Capital") operates in private investment management and venture capital areas:

Hedge Fund

The hedge business primarily makes value-oriented investments with long-term investment horizons globally, with a focus on investing in undervalued assets across all significant asset classes including bank debt, high yield and distressed securities, securitized assets, convertible arbitrage, risk arbitrage, equities, and special situation securities. Cheetah Capital manages long dated value-oriented hedge fund focused on investing in undervalued assets with long investment horizons as well as separate managed investment accounts with individuals and organizations.

• Cheetah Capital Value Fund - this long-short value-oriented fund invests in undervalued securities and short overvalued securities globally. The fund employs value-oriented investment strategies that uniquely customized to capitalize on market volatility, inefficiency and boom-bust cycles. Currently the fund's investors are limited to family members and friends and is open limited only to accredited investors.

• CCMG also has other separately managed private investment funds with value-oriented investment strategies that uniquely customized to capitalize on market volatility, inefficiency and boom-bust cycles.

Venture Capital & Advisory

The venture advisory business primarily provides custom business advisory service to start-up founders/entrepreneurs,  makes significant, control-oriented investments with long-term investment horizons in North America and Asia, with a focus on co-founding, partnering, and building innovative technology start-ups run by trustworthy entrepreneurs with significant growth, large addressable target market, and substantial cash flows potentials. Cheetah Capital manages a long dated venture capital fund that focuses on nurturing internal start-up ideas. Currently this VC fund investors are limited to family members and friends and focuses on nurturing internal start-up ideas. We are available to provide our venture advisory service and partnership with external start-ups that fit our strategic vision and have high potential. Recent portfolio example:

• Code name "Project F" - a US-based social networking site addressing real-world problems with unique algorithms.

Our investors may include pension funds, endowments, banks, insurance companies, family offices and high-net-worth individuals in the U.S. and around the world. Private investment funds and separately managed pivate investment accounts we manage are open generally only to “qualified purchasers”, which are highly sophisticated investors with $5 million in investable assets if they are individuals, and $25 million in investable assets if they are institutions.
